Tracking & Order Status

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, our responsibility for the package is considered fulfilled.
For deliveries to apartments or shared buildings, we recommend checking with your building management, mailroom, or parcel lockers.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of shipment, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the courier.
We will assist in locating your package and, if necessary, file a claim or send a replacement based on the outcome.
