Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us! While we strive to deliver the highest quality experience, we do understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy carefully.


30-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, accessories, and receipts are included

If the above conditions are met and there are no defects or damage, a return label may be provided to facilitate the return.

In some cases, return shipping may be required depending on the condition of the item and the nature of the return. All return instructions and shipping details will be clearly communicated during the approval process.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or only partially refunded based on the final evaluation.

Restocking Fee: For returns of non-damaged items with no defect or fulfillment issue, and where the customer is simply returning the product without a specific problem, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. This helps cover processing and handling costs.


We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us evaluate the issue, we may request:

  • A short video clearly showing the condition of the item

  • Or multiple photos from different angles

This documentation is used by our internal claims team to assess the situation and determine the best resolution. We aim to review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Our resolution options include:

  • Slight imperfections or cosmetic blemishes: eligible for a partial refund

  • Moderate damage that affects utility but not complete use: eligible for partial refund or replacement, based on severity

  • Severe damage or unusable product: eligible for a free replacement

If the issue is verified by our claims team, return shipping is not always required and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Apartment or Shared Building Deliveries

For orders delivered to apartments, flats, or buildings with shared mailrooms:

  • Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we consider the delivery complete

  • If your package is missing, we encourage you to check with building staff or shared mail areas

  • If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us within 72 hours, and we’ll assist in working with the carrier

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the best resolution.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund after we issue it.
